Clearly still living that mom life but now with the health and energy to keep up. I came into Urban Sprawl a year ago terrified but miserable with how I felt. I had gained a ton of weight with my son and had just got out of physical therapy for an injury I got while taking care of him. I had seen an ad on Facebook and knew I had nothing to lose. I’ve stayed because Jon challenges me while making sure I never re-injure myself, I can’t afford that lol. I love how strong and confident I feel now!!
